Throughout the episode we discuss what an ankle sprain actually is as well as other injuries that may come along with or even be confused with an ankle sprain, we go through the current best practice for managing an acute sprain (spoiler it’s not the RICE method), and we explore what kinds of strategies you should focus on in your rehab process, whether you’ve just had an ankle sprain or if you’ve ever had one in the past.
