How to Tell if You Have Ankle Sprains

An evulsion fracture is where ligaments of the lateral ankle, pull a little chip of bone off. The osteo-cool itself is just dissolved because it doesn't have any blood or nutrients. Muscle and tendon tears can also be caused by rolling an ankle inwards.
