I'm a big fan of like an inversion, eversion, calf raises where you go up onto your big toe in full eversion and then roll out into inversion as you come down. It's kind of hard to explain, but I'm sure if we've got some videos. So it's basically the keys to pretty much any must go, it's got to rehab is start slow, load up gradually,. Then start to build in some speed, power, more load, and then put it into context. Do good rehab, slow progressive rehab, and have a goal in mind.
