The Importance of Resilience in Balance Exercises

Think locally first. Restore range emotion and resilience in those ranges of motion. And that's when you can start to layer it with other exercises, taking it into account. Balance is kind of an expression of a lot of different senses and motor or movement integrations. So doing balance exercises is good but then also doing balance exercises while you're moving your body around in different conditions. The more resilient you can make the ligament and the body understanding, the better.
