You'd also want to do a lot of that with boots on. And this is where the sort of return to sport kind of concept makes sense. Like we've just said, boots are a bit of a risk factor for sprains but you're going to be playing in them. So you might as well get used to jumping in them. That's where some balance training on more of a narrow surface. I prefer that the beam sole mate than any sort of foam or half boasubles because those unstable surfaces whilst your ankle's moving heaped,. it's an unstable surface. Your body tends to lock up a lot more. Yeah. There's a time and place for all exercises
