L is for load. O is for optimism. V is for vascularization. E is for exercise. So yeah, this is kind of what I mean a bit of double up, but load like air. We've talked about it before. One of the early podcasts loads or movements are like nutrients for the body. It's like feeding feeding the body. And again, it just comes back to gradually adding more and more load as your body can tolerate it.
