Gus has spent 20 years experimenting with breathwork, cold exposure, and meditation, beginning his journey as a free-diver off the Dorset coast. He has a diverse career background, having worked as a professional chef, environmental campaigner, city representative, and even a cowboy in the Colorado mountains. In addition to his practical experiences, Gus has also studied psychology, philosophy, and advanced physiology, deepening his understanding of the human mind and body.
