The most important thing i think with any kind of practice is whatever works yeah like whatever gets you doing that practice is the best thing you can do to do that practice. There's definitely something about just being in the moment and when you're free diving especially if you're going down to depth it doesn't matter how long no because you know you've got to hold your breath so you get to the server exactly. When you hit the bottom really halfway maybe turn over as good as you get back up to the second half of the rightYeah Yeah So people want to work with you they can get in touch how can they how can they find you?
Today's guest on our podcast is Gus Hoyt, a Level 2 Wim Hof and Oxygen Advantage Advanced Instructor, and a Conscious Breathwork Coach. Gus has spent 20 years experimenting with breathwork, cold exposure, and meditation, beginning his journey as a free-diver off the Dorset coast. He has a diverse career background, having worked as a professional chef, environmental campaigner, city representative, and even a cowboy in the Colorado mountains. In addition to his practical experiences, Gus has also studied psychology, philosophy, and advanced physiology, deepening his understanding of the human mind and body. Tune in as we explore the transformative power of his practices and his unique journey.
