"I tend to sort of push things a bit hard and a bit fast so probably wasn't what I needed but yeah when I was practicing the um ice baths," he says. "It's like doing weights every single day interesting too much of a stress on the body" He also talks about getting hypothermia in an ice bath while training for Wim Hof. 'You know we've evolved to jump out of it very quickly that's true that's true'
