Warming the blood in your limbs first so basically warm blood comes back into that into the core when we jump into the cold cold water. When we get out if we warm up too quickly that blood rush is back in right? So I'd imagine what you had was a drop in core temperature and then and what's called an after drop which is the cold blood coming in.
