I used to have really bad eczema as a kid so like my hands are still quite that sort of like cracked and kind of funny a little bit. My mum used to always get me to put my hands in the sea because that was apparently quite healing. I don't know any scientific backing from that so I'm not making suggestions but you know it hurt and sometimes things that hurt do you good. So yeah just started exploring investigating reading lots of articles on my big reader and yeah just sort of found more and more about breathwork then this crazy Dutch guy Wim Hof kept popping up nine years ago. Yeah before the sort of YouTube sensation. The BBC sensation he's because yeah yeah cool
