If we're stressed depends on what our energy levels are like for women in the third you know third week of the cycle. Your oxygen levels I think are a lot lower aren't they about 20% lower and there so obviously that wasn't affecting you but that can certainly affect it. You have to go warming up slowly warming up the blood so that you don’t get the sudden drop in your core or something similar. It's preparing yourself and it's like properly getting ahead in the game realizing you're going to go into something which is a dangerous environment is a dangerous environmentwe have to respect that but also that helps us grow.
