Looks can be deceiving!

Send us a textOn todays episode I discuss how the way you look does not often reflect how you feel. I talk about invisible illness and chronic conditions, how the fluctuating symptoms and invisible symptoms lead to assumption, often "are you better now then, because you look great". I hope this podcast can support those living with Long Covid and other long term conditions and hidden disability, however I also hope it raises awareness and understanding to those who don't understand. So, if you know of people who struggle to understand, save your energy and point them in the direction of todays' podcast.
