A day in the life! the Long Covid journey
Send us a textThis episode of the podcast explores what a day on the life living with Long Covid can look like, this was more challenging to put into words than I originally thought. That was due to the fluctuating symptoms and unpredictability of the condition. I always advocate taking one day at a time, although this is hard when you reflect on the previous life you led. It is also challenging when you have to factor in work or the stress and anxiety not being able to work can provoke. I discuss these challenges and reflect on how different life looks with a long term condition. I hope you find the podcast useful, on the next podcast I ask the question ' Can Long Covid go into remission?'
