Living with Long covid The experience of a fellow long hauler, and my first podcast guest
I am so excited to have my first ever guest on the podcast.
Ian is a fellow long hauler and co creator of the 4th P, he is also an avid listener of the podcast. Ian contacted me after listening to one of my earlier episodes, where I talk about brain fog/injury, and how I feared it was early onset dementia. You will hear in this episode why this was a poignant moment for him.
We have had many conversations since, many around pacing and of course the 4th P. Ian is kindly sharing his own experience of Long Covid and how this impacts him each day.
While we all have similarities in our journey they are different and it is important to share with one and other.
