On this weeks podcast I am talking about POTS (Postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome), this is something as a nurse I have not come across, however there appears to be a link with POTS and Long Covid. I discuss how I have related some of my symptoms to other medical possibilities and of course Long Covid.
I discuss the symptoms of POTS and how I monitored these symptoms prior to going to my GP. With over 200 symptoms of Long Covid they can become blended and confusing. I continue to try and separate the symptoms and implement self care strategies while seeking assessment, treatment and possible cures. I hope you find this episode helpful.
