Fatigue is often mistaken for being tired, needing to sleep or rest. I discuss the misconception on this episode and talk around the differences between fatigue and being tired.
I talk about my own experiences and the various levels of fatigue and how this brings challenges to daily life. Fatigue can be life changing, disabling it effects the physical, emotional and cognition. I aim to clarify the difference between fatigue and tiredness. Thank you for joining me. Take care
