Living with Long covid Life has to be more than work!
In this podcast episode I talk about returning to work, and how life needs to be much more than a process of work, rest, recover, repeat. In my personal experience I have found this approach impacts the mental, emotional and social health requirements of a good quality of life.
I reflect on what I have learnt following my relapse in March and how I hope to approach a return to work. I also discuss the importance of understanding your feelings and owning them, understanding your value and how important it is to take care of your own wellbeing, ensuring a work life balance can be achieved.
