I have a guest on today's podcast, Cass is a fellow nurse and lives with Long Covid, they contracted covid in April 2020. They had prior experience of being disabled, with hidden conditions before that and has a lot of experience of working and living with the challenge of ableism and unconscious bias, before and since the pandemic , Cass has been advocating for colleagues and others with Long Covid and other chronic conditions and disabilities on social media.
