In todays episode I discuss the issue of guilt. Living with a long term condition has evoked this feeling in so many areas of my life and I personally find it difficult to shake off. I have used the episode to reach out and find out if I am alone in this feeling or if others experience the feelings of misplaced guilt.
I give examples of how guilt has engulfed my life and how I find this a challenge, I also talk about how I am trying to manage this and share how I am working on the feelings of guilt...yes it is a task master.
