I have recently been on holiday, this is usually a time of excitement, looking forward to family time, exploring new places, eating delicious food and drink and having some downtime from general life.
Now don't get me wrong many of the above have and are still the case for me, however living with long term conditions has forced me to think more, plan more and learn how to navigate challenges. This episode discusses the challenges and wins of taking a holiday. I share my personal experiences of trying to manage my symptoms and what I did not consider. This follows on from last weeks episode with Cass and I hope you find it useful.
Please get in touch with any questions you may have; I always enjoy hearing from you guys and I appreciate you sharing your experiences with me. As always take care.
