On todays episode I discuss how the way you look does not often reflect how you feel. I talk about invisible illness and chronic conditions, how the fluctuating symptoms and invisible symptoms lead to assumption, often "are you better now then, because you look great".
I hope this podcast can support those living with Long Covid and other long term conditions and hidden disability, however I also hope it raises awareness and understanding to those who don't understand.
