My Interview on Overcoming Burnout and Guilt
How do we tend to our own needs as we juggle the many responsibilities that come with caring for our children, partners, and careers?
Andryanna shares an interview she had on The Balanced Parent podcast, hosted by Laura Froyen, PhD. You'll hear more on Andryanna's experiences and how she's learned to overcome the feeling of guilt in every day situations. Plus, she offers tools for managing moments of overwhelm and guilt with a simple exercise.
From The Balanced Parent:
I speak with Andryanna of The Juggle is Real podcast (where I was a guest recently!) about burnout and how it affects our mental health and relationships with loved ones. We delve into the topic of mom guilt and the pressure we put on ourselves to be perfect parents, often at the expense of our own well-being.
Through our conversation, we discuss practical strategies for overcoming burnout and guilt, and we emphasize the importance of self-care and self-compassion. We also share personal stories and insights that we hope will resonate with parents who are experiencing similar struggles.
