Welcome to the second edition of theT&P series: Book Reports!
Every month, I share the TL;DR of some of my fave books to help guide you on your self-discovery journey.
This edition is all about Quarterlife: The Search for Self in Early Adulthood by Satya Doyle Byock.
Quarterlife is a beautifully written read that defines two archetypes for those of us in our "Quarterlife" era: the Meaning Type searching for Stability and the Stability Type searching for Meaning.
In this book, Byock takes the reader through the four pillars of Quarterlife development: Separate, Listen, Build and Integrate. She argues these pillars can bring more Meaning and Stability and help us become more whole.
