The three sections of a Quarterly Personal Review are:
1) Your Word of the Year or your North Star
Ask yourself these three questions:
- Have I honored this word, North Star or Intention in Q1? Why or Why not?
- In what areas of my life has it been easier to honor this word?
- In what areas of my life has it been harder to honor this word?
2) The Pillars of Your Life
- Define the pillars of your life
- Look at the key metrics of the pillars of your life
3) An Action Plan for the Next Quarter
Ask yourself these questions:
- What did I learn from this past quarter?
- What worked?
- What didn’t work?
- How can I show up with [your word of the year] in this new quarter?
- What will enable me to show up with [your word of the year] this quarter?
