I share the story of how I was duped out of, literally, thousands of dollars, how the marketing industry spends millions upon millions of dollars using proven scientific techniques to take advantage of your emotions and extract as much revenue as possible from you, and how one of the biggest red flags is when an advertisement is specifically trying to sell you extreme ease or pain. I also talk about the concept of willful suffering, the importance of identifying what your own tendencies are, and how to leverage that knowledge to improve your life and achieve your goals. SPOILER: I never said it was going to be easy, but it will be worth it ;)
