I recently heard Michael speak in Seattle at the Seattle Sounders conference and was very impressed with is openness and honesty which is why I had to get him on the podcast. Michael and I also have mutual friend in Dean Riddle and if Dean speaks highly of someone, I definitely listen! At the Sounder conference, I think Michael caused a bit of a stir with how it actually is working in the Premier League which I respect massively. No fluff or jazzing up.
