Pacey Performance Podcast #11 - Mike McGuigan

In this episode I speak with another author from the book High Performance Training for Sports, Mike McGuigan. Mike is also a professor at the Sports Performance Research Institute in New Zealand and is putting some great research out there at the moment on strength and power development, data presentation and performance testing. I speak with Mike about prioritising interventions with so much data collection going on, determining how much strength transfers to performance and how individualised training should be. Mike is a SUPER smart guy but he does such a great job of simplifying complex statistics for us mere mortals.  Any feedback you have on any of the episodes so far would be appreciated and keep spreading the podcast word! Keep up to date on Twitter @paceyperform and you can also catch previous episodes on paceyperformance.co.uk. Mike can be found on Twitter @mike_mcguigan Enjoy PP
