UPDATE ON THE BALANCED BITES PODCAST THIS WEEK! It's Liz, coming to you from the farm on behalf of both myself AND Diane, who is coming to you in spirit from the boat, trip, cruise, whatever fabulous vacation she's on...we've got good news and bad news this week. The bad news is...we've decided for the FIRST time in 5 years that we're going to actually TAKE A WEEK OFF and tend to the business of life - me here at flyover farmstead and Diane on her world travels. The good news is we will be back with TWO episodes next week to make up for it, so be excited for that!
