Burn fat with cold water therapy - Ep 25

Cold water therapy is all the rage at the moment, but does it work? Well yes it absolutely does. Evidence shows that cold water therapy can help you to lose weight, burn fat, improve your immune system, reduce autoimmune conditions, help with pain and inflammation, can help to put you into ketosis, and even help to regulate your hormones.The optimum temperature is around 10-15 degrees celsius (50-60 fahrenheiht), and the optimum time to spend in the water is around 2-3 minutes, but you can spend longer if you can tolerate it.Cold water helps to activate brown fat (brown adipose tissue) which can burn calories to produce heat and therefore help to lose weight by burning our fat stores. Cold water therapy also increases the production of a hormone called Adiponectin which helps us to burn fat and stay lean. James' vegan diet was killing him, then he switched to carnivore to start healing - Ep 23

James shares his amazing transformation story with us today. He is an ex-vegan turned carnivore, and went from having severe, disabling, life-threatening symptoms to thriving and looking and feeling amazing on a Carnivore Diet.James wants to share his new found healthy lifestyle with the world and seeks to educate people on the dangers of plant-based diets, and the numerous benefits of animal based carnivore nutrition.James was vegetarian for decades, and vegan for 5 years. Why is the carnivore community so divided? Harmony Day - Episode 22

There is much division between the carnivore community, much disagreement on what the carnivore diet is, what we should be eating to maintain a healthy life, and how we can get the optimum nutrition, but it doesn't have to be this way. Healing POTS with an animal based diet - Episode 21
