5 months on carnivore diet. My update so far. Including some of my blood tests!
So often we get asked to post our bloods, so I decided to do just that.
Some super interesting things happening to me. For 5 months I've felt truly amazing. Fantastic from day 1, but now I'm part way through a 30 day ribeye challenge, only eating ribeye for 30 days, and now suddenly I'm craving organs, fruit, milk, and eggs. Why?
I think I know the answer. But I'm not going to tell you just yet! Sorry - You'll have to see my 30 day ribeye video for that one :)
