The Meat Medic Podcast James' vegan diet was killing him, then he switched to carnivore to start healing - Ep 23
James shares his amazing transformation story with us today. He is an ex-vegan turned carnivore, and went from having severe, disabling, life-threatening symptoms to thriving and looking and feeling amazing on a Carnivore Diet.
James wants to share his new found healthy lifestyle with the world and seeks to educate people on the dangers of plant-based diets, and the numerous benefits of animal based carnivore nutrition.
James was vegetarian for decades, and vegan for 5 years. When he started getting unwell he doubled down on it and started raw vegan, juicing, making kale smoothies, and his health just continued to deteriorate and in fact got worse and worse. His friends even thought he was dying.
Eventually his wife told him to start listening to some health podcasts and he stumbled across Sally Norton and Oxalates and this sparked his revival. Soon after he found the carnivore diet through Dr Shawn Baker and the rest is history.
