Greg is my go-to guy for all things sleep, for good reason.
Greg helps a range of individuals feel and perform better, from elite athletes to CEOs to people who have mood disorders. Since he did his PhD on the topics of sleep, nutrition, and metabolism, Greg spends much of his time helping individuals sleep better, but his interests are much wider than this subject alone.
Highlights of Greg's career so far include coaching a sprinter to four gold medals in his category at the European Championships; having his research featured in dozens of international news outlets, including the BBC, Reuters, and The Washington Post; working with the US Naval Special Warfare Command, and helping to prepare two men to break the Atlantic rowing World Record.

195: Andrew Chappell - Insights of a pro natural bodybuilder
Andrew is a Pro Natural Bodybuilder who has been training and competing for over 10 years.
He is a previously five-time British Champion with the British Natural Bodybuilding Federation as well as a World amateur champion. Andrew also has judged physique contests for over 7 years and has judged at British and World Finals. He also regularly competes in Strongman and Powerlifting events.
Andrew holds a PhD from the Rowett Institute of Nutrition and Health and is a Dr of Nutrition. He also holds a BSc (honours) degrees in Sport and Exercise Science and an MSc in Human Nutrition and Metabolism.

Matthew Stults studies the interface between exercise/physical activity and mental stress, which his research demonstrates is related to impaired muscular recovery after exercise. He also investigates the impact of stress on efforts to be physically active.
He has a PhD Kinesiology and Health Education and is the Clinical Exercise Physiologist at Yale-New Haven Hospital.
