What I found is on the other side of gaining the 70 pounds back Was another 30 pounds on top of it!! I don’t know why that happened but I am more weight than when I started. My fear now is that if I start again I won’t be able to lose the weight at all. My question is can I be successful in losing the hundred pounds once again after all that I’ve been through?
