007: Part 2: Supplementation, Why Magnesium Oxide Is A Waste Of Money, And Why You Should Only Buy Pasture Raised Eggs With Patrick Simon
In this episode Pat and I dive a little deeper into supplementation. We discuss the benefits of fish oil, and how to increase omeg-3s while decreasing omega-6s. Pat explains why you need to supplement with magnesium, but how most of the time what you find in stores is essentially useless. We cover how to increase your intake of essential branch chain amino acids, and how to take them efficiently to get the most benefits. Lastly we expose the egg industry and explain how to buy eggs that will be the most safe, healthy and packed with omega-3s! If you are looking to increase your intake of omega-3s one of the best sources, as we mention in the beginning, would be fish oil. Lysi is my favorite because they offer cod-liver oil, which is more nutrient dense, containing vitamins A and E! And the best part, no fishy burps or aftertaste! Use code Taylorm15 for 15% off your order!
