In this episode I interview Justin Medeiros, a two time competitor in the CrossFit Regionals. He gives us his insight into being successful as a student and competitor as well as his strategies for optimizing time with a busy schedule. We discuss his training and how being a competitor is vastly different from an average CrossFitter. Justin puts a lot of stock into his routines, and explains how these are the key to his success. We also talk about how routines help you build habits that eventually are the building blocks to a successful career not only as an athlete but in any field.
