In todays episode I cover the facts of farming eggs and meat. I review the cholesterol myth and why we need to shift our view regarding dietary cholesterol and blood cholesterol. I explain the differences between caged, cage free, free range and pasture raised eggs for us, the consumers, but also the chickens. Similarly for the meat industry, I cover the differences between grass-fed, grass-fed and finished, and 100% grass-fed cattle, and the impacts that each have on our environment.
