Isaac Ray on Non-Traditional Training Methods, Intermittent Fasting, Basketball, and MORE!

He's tried traditional strength programs, nutrition strategies, and more - only to find they have not been successful for him. Michele Rogers on Barefoot Training, The Role of the Foot/Ankle in Corrective Exercise & the Kinetic Chain, and More!
