In this episode of the Brawn Body Podcast, Dan is joined by William Rupakus to discuss his journey through physical fitness, his training and nutrition insight and advice, and the importance of self-experimentation to develop a unique training approach that works for YOU!
William Rupakus received his B.S. in Strength and Conditioning and later went on to complete his M.S. in Sport Performance & Injury Prevention. Other certifications include Crossfit L1 and Precision Nutrition Level 1. His background in sports included soccer, track and cross country but his future lies within coaching. His focus is to help everyone understand the importance of exercising through functional fitness, and he places a heavy emphasis on the longevity of an individual or athlete.
