In this episode of the Brawn Body Podcast, Dan is joined by Susan Cashdollar, CSCS, to discuss her personal fitness experiences and her unique approach to training! Susan is a graduate of West Virginia University and holds an M.S. in Exercise Physiology and is a certified strength and conditioning coach through the NSCA. She currently works as a Creative Marketing Director at Hearst in New York City and is a videographer for Dr. Konstantin Vasyukevich. She also maintains a small personal training client base. She grew up playing sports and started working out at a very young age and hasn’t stopped since. Her current training philosophy is to have fun, don’t get hurt and stay jacked.
