Isaac Ray is a graduate of McDaniel College's Exercise Science Program, where he played on the collegiate basketball team as a guard. Soon after graduating, Ray traveled to the UK for his Master's in Nutrition at the University of Chester, where he continued to play basketball. Throughout his life, physical training and health have been a focus - a focus that continues to evolve and adapt. He's tried traditional strength programs, nutrition strategies, and more - only to find they have not been successful for him. Through an intensive process of self-experimentation, Isaac has found what works for him, which is the main focus of this episode. He is also an athletic truth group knee ability certified coach!
