Confidence and resilience: You can't be afraid to take chances and fail or shy away from tapping into big successes. Comparison is the killer of confidence. Stay focused on you and let the competition do their thing— there is an abundance of agencies but only one YOU. Focus on that and get comfortable being surrounded by others chasing their dreams, too. "You don't have to have all the answers, you just have to be confident to approach things with a different lens." We love it.
