Episode #182: Can Harnessing Quantum Energy help you to be healthier & Age better?
Can the key to optimal health lie in the quantum field? In this episode of the Biohacking Superhuman Performance podcast, we'll unveil the power of frequencies and their potential impact on health, casting light on the oft-overlooked health implications of EMF technology with Philipp Samor von Holtzendorff-Fehling. As we traverse the universe of quantum energy, we'll discover how it can be harnessed and measured, and explore the fascinating effects it can have on the human body. Imagine a world where blood cells are fortified and parasites obliterated by manipulating frequencies - sounds like science fiction, but it's closer to reality than you think. To wrap up our quantum quest, we'll dive into the profound impact of quantum energy on water and ATP production, cracking open new possibilities in wound healing. We'll also discuss Phillip and Ian's ground-breaking web application that bridges the digital and analog worlds, setting the stage for personalized healing frequencies. Philipp Samor von Holtzendorff-Fehling is a coach, conscious entrepreneur, and energy healer. In parallel to a successful international business career, he constantly worked through blockages and barriers that had prevented him from fully connecting with his true self. With that, he also started to see energy fields and developed his unique skills as a healer. He went through two decades of training in shamanic and other energy healing practices. This dysregulation causes the pH of your body to become more acidic, which is an environment where pathogenic things can survive and thrive. In other words, 5G towers aren’t making us sick directly, but they act as a catalyst for biological changes which may make us sick. In order to flush out our body's toxic load, we must keep energetic charges in balance. This is crucial for staying healthy and supporting your body’s natural defense mechanisms.

Episode #180: Scott Kannedy - How can Red Light and Infra Red Light Therapy support faster healing & increased energy?
Have you ever considered that the secret to healing your body might be as simple as flipping a switch? Today, we're joined by Scott Kannedy, an authority in photobiomodulation, who enlightens us on the power of red and near-infrared light in catalyzing the body's own healing process. Listen in as we navigate the fascinating world of light therapy, and how it aids in enhancing our body's energy production, thereby balancing our systems and helping manage an array of health concerns. In our journey of discovery with Scott, we delve into the wonders of nitric oxide and reactive oxygen species, learning about their significant roles in our bodily functions. We also explore the intriguing concept of how stress can actually impel our bodies to become stronger and more efficient. Unravel the relationship between red light therapy, photobiomodulation, and inflammation, and how these can bolster the efficiency of the microbiome for weight loss. As the discussion unfolds, we learn about the use of methylene blue in photobiomodulation and its intriguing photosensitivity to red light. And if you've ever wondered about the efficacy of light therapy devices, Scott gives us a balanced view of the pros and cons, along with some practical advice on budget considerations, consistency, and the best timing for therapy sessions. Scott Kennedy is the founder of LightpathLED and has brought panels to the market that are very different from the competition. Scott is certified in laser therapy and has a background as health coach and has a wellness center where he uses light therapy. It's not often just the surface of the skin that's responding to something. It's a systemic issue that's expressing itself through the skin. The best time to use red light therapy is whenever you can. In order to fully benefit from it, you need to use it consistently. There is a difference between red light and infrared light. Red light only goes a bit beyond skin deep and that's because it's absorbed mainly by the blood. Once it hits that capillary bed under the skin, that's about as far as it goes. Now there's always systemic effects, because we get all the benefits of increased ATP, and that information gets delivered to deeper parts of the body. However, infrared light goes significantly deeper than red.

Episode #179: Debunking Lyme Disease and Immune Response Myths with Dr. Chris Turnpaugh
What can be done to treat chronic illnesses? That's just what we do in our riveting discussion with Dr. Chris Turnpaugh in this week’s episode of the Biohacking Superhuman Performance podcast. We venture into the tricky terrains of Lyme Disease and MCAS, highlighting the controversies surrounding their testing. You'll hear a compelling anecdote about a patient who had a startling reaction to gluten while battling Lyme disease. This story leads us into a discussion of immune responses, specifically post-traumatic immune responses. We weave together the intriguing connection between long COVID and long Lyme, even exploring the potential impact of the notorious spike protein. Our conversation takes a turn toward hidden health risks and the pressing need for early detection. We also discuss the potent combination of peptides and estrogen in its formula and how it can enhance endurance and muscle strength. Dr. Chris Turnpaugh is the owner and President of Turnpaugh Health, a company with over 65 employees and 5 locations. Dr. Turnpaugh is a skilled practitioner whose primary focus is on finding and addressing the root cause of disease. His interest in functional medicine began with the intent on helping a current patient who was looking to address his whole health picture after an ALS diagnosis. His passion for functional medicine led him to open the Turnpaugh Health and Wellness Center in 1999. He has extensive experience in supporting patients who are dealing with the most difficult, chronic, autoimmune and neurological health conditions. Over 4 years ago he started the Livegevity program, a program dedicated to maximizing life and health span. He has lectured on a wide variety of topics both Nationally and Internationally. This is not the same thing as being reinfected, thus would require a different approach for treatment. This reaction is the reason why some people believe they can never be cured from Lyme disease. Spike proteins are a type of protein found on the surface of certain viruses, most notably SARS-CoV-2. These proteins play a critical role in the virus's ability to infect host cells and is important in vaccines. When the immune system encounters this spike protein, it generates an immune response, including the production of antibodies. The impact of this immune response takes a bigger toll on the body than pharmaceutical companies make it seem. BPC and PTA are a powerful peptide combination. Studies demonstrate it to be extremely effective in reducing pain and accelerating tissue repair.
