It was an absolute pleasure to have this guy as a guest on Strength Chat. #175 Joel Proskewitz

I’ve spoken to this guy twice before on the podcast back in episodes 82 and 124, in addition to keeping in touch in between as well. I always enjoy catching up with him and I always learn a lot whenever we speak, and this episode was no different. In this episode I was joined by the one and only Joel Proskewitz. As one of the worlds leading lower back specialists, the last year has been a challenge for Joel with his own experience of dealing with lower back pain and his journey through diagnosis to the operations and rehab.
