#190 Stuart Martin
In this week’s episode I chatted with the Head of Performance of British Weightlifting, Stuart Martin. With the recent success of British Weightlifters at recent international competitions and the Olympics, there’s a pretty exciting future ahead for British Weightlifting. However, outside of the day-to-day programming and training from the lifters, there has to be a bigger plan in the background. This is where Stuart comes in. Therefore, in this episode, we chatted about putting a strategy and plan in place to prepare athletes for the Olympics.

#183 Dr. Mike Israetel
I felt lucky to have this guy as a guest on Strength Chat twice before, so to have him on a third time, I feel honoured. In this week’s episode, I caught up with the man, the myth, the legend, Dr. Mike Israetel. I buy into a lot of Mikes thoughts and philosophies on coaching and training. How he puts his points across and backs up what he says with science and his knowledge and experience is awesome. You can’t help but learn from him when he speaks.
