Are you constantly making grand plans and setting ambitious goals only to then find yourself struggling to nail the day-to-day actions required to make those goals a reality? If this sounds like you, then I am excited to share with you one of my favorite tools for remaining in integrity with yourself, which is a letter from you... to you. I'll be sharing what this tool is, when to use it, why it's so effective, what to include in your letter and I'll also be wrapping up the episode by reading an example of a letter (that you can borrow). 106: Feeling Deprived

Do you do a lot of spending and buy a lot of things so that you won’t feel deprived? Many of us manage our money in a way and spend against our own good simply because we are resisting and avoiding the emotion of deprivation. We have been told by consumer culture that if we aren’t able to get what we want when we want it, that the dreaded emotion of deprivation will follow. But what if deprivation wasn’t something to be avoided, but rather welcomed in with open arms? What if there was a way to make disciplined choices that honor your deepest and truest desires, without feeling a trace of deprivation? If you’re curious about how to create that result, then this week’s podcast episode is for you.  In this week's episode of The Money Love Podcast, we are breaking down the emotion of deprivation. We are diving into what creates it (versus what we think creates it), how it impacts our spending habits, why it’s nothing to fear but rather embrace, and I’m giving you my best tips to squash any future deprivation you may feel. Deprivation no longer needs to be something that you fear and that drains your bank account, and after this episode, you will have the knowledge, coaching, and tools you need to ensure that doesn’t happen. 104: The Skill of Having Money with Certified Life & Money Coach, Germaine Foley

If you're a high acheiving woman and it feels like you make great money, but still have nothing to show for it or you feel like you should be farther along financially than you are... then this week's episode of The Money Love Podcast is for you. We are talking about one of the most important, yet underrated skills when it comes to building wealth, which is the skill of having money.  Wealth isn't built from your income or how much money is coming in, it's built from the ratio of what you're able to earn vs. have. And having money, is a skill. In this week's episode of The Money Love Podcast, I'm sitting down with Certified Life and Money Coach Germaine Foley who works with high acheiving women and helps them manage their money without losing their freedom to spend and enjoy life. We discuss what having money means, what it looks like, simple practices you can implement today to develop your skill of having money, and also what it looks like to have and acheive balance within your finances. Enjoy!   About Germaine: Germaine Foley is a Certified Life & Money Coach. She thrives off of helping high achieving women manage and grow their money without losing the freedom to spend and enjoy life. Germaine fell in love with doing this work because she knows what it’s like to have an “it’s complicated” relationship with money. At one point, she was only concerned with making it, and spending it. And as you can guess, that left her feeling frustrated and ashamed, even though she made 6 figures in her corporate career. Everything looked prim and proper on the outside, but on the inside her finances were a HOT MESS! She’s happy to share that she got her act together!  She paid off a ton of debt (over $200k), created a growing multiple 6 figure net worth & built her dream home while still having lots of fun and enjoying life.   Connect Further With Germaine: Her Podcast- https://thewealthywomanspodcast.buzzsprout.com Her Website- https://www.germainefoley.com Her Instgram- https://www.instagram.com/germainefoleycoaching Her Facebook- https://www.facebook.com/GermaineFoleyCoaching   START HERE:  FREE MASTERCLASS: Why You Impulse Shop & How To Stop Get Paige’s Money Recommendations   Work with Paige: Join Overcoming Overspending HERE Explore Private Coaching with Paige   Where you can find Paige online: Website: https://www.paigepritchard.com  IG: @overcoming_overspending TikTok: @overcoming_overspending Subscribe to Paige's YouTube Channel
