Forming a new habit, or stopping a practiced and familiar habit is something that takes time and requires patience. It can be beneficial to understand these four stages of behavior change so we can remind ourselves that progress takes time, and isn't linear. In this week's episode we will be talking about what behavior change. We dive into the importance of our actions, the relation of our actions to beliefs, and the four stages of belief you will always progress through when creating a new and exciting result.
