Mind Over Matter - #3 Overcoming Negative Self-Talk
Stop telling yourself you can't do it, can't afford it, can't complete it. Instead, start asking yourself how can I do it? how can I afford it? how can I complete it?
Our brains are like a Google search engine. Whatever you type in, your brain will look to support or answer it. If you're always saying I can't. Well guess what, your brain will find all the reasons to support this! But if you start asking the question "how can I?" then your brain starts working out ways to create a plan.
