I first came across Leigh Peele many years ago on the fit cast, she was one of the co-hosts to what is still one of the biggest fitness podcasts out there. I loved her no BS approach and could tell she was incredibly intelligent. Since I purchased several of her books, including Starve Mode, which we discuss in depth.
