An interview with James Kelly, shortly after he won the Men’s Pro race in Birmingham on 15th October 2022. This was his debut in HYROX, and made him one of the first ever people to break the 60mins mark on their debut! A look at the results and data from the first UK based HYROX race of the 2022/23 season, in Birmingham, which took place on 15thOctober 2022. It was the biggest HYROX event, saw over 4500 athletes competing and new age group world records were broken. It was also the largest indoor fitness event ever at the time. I also share how I messed up in the race, and a funny story about someone who got a PB, despite needing to take a pit stop!
