HYROX Birmingham - Race Results and Review

A look at the results and data from the first UK based HYROX race of the 2022/23 season, in Birmingham, which took place on 15thOctober 2022. It was the biggest HYROX event, saw over 4500 athletes competing and new age group world records were broken. It was also the largest indoor fitness event ever at the time.

I also share how I messed up in the race, and a funny story about someone who got a PB, despite needing to take a pit stop!
